This small residence with swimming pool comprises 12 air-conditioned 32m2 studios, 4 on the second floor and 8 on the first floor.

Each studio on the first floor has its own terrace, covered and uncovered, while the studios on the second floor also have their own terrace, overlooking a large swimming pool reserved for tenants. The residence also includes a large, private, enclosed parking lot.

The residence is 150 m from Plage du débarquement, a superb, wide, fine-sand beach that covers the entire bay of Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire sur mer, as well as the pier for the Golden Isles (Port-Cros, Porquerolles).

Nearby, you'll find a grocery store that sells bread and other products, as well as a store selling beachwear, clothes and newspapers, not to mention numerous restaurants and cafés on the seafront...
